Have a question about how to use our online store? Below you will find a selection of frequently asked questions
(and answers) for you to browse through. Please look through the FAQs to see if they answer your questions

  • When will my goods be delivered?
    We try to pick, pack and ship as quickly as possible and will aim to have your delivery sent out within 2 working days, however as a very small family business we cannot delivery in 24 hours. Please bear with us, we believe you will be happy with you purchase. If you have any questions please feel free to call us on 01452 531923 and we will be delighted to help you.
  • What if I need to change my shipping address?
    If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to change the shipping address, however we cannot promise as we pick, pack and ship very soon after the order is placed. The best option is to call us on 01452 531923 or 07391 604902 and have your full order details to hand so we can help you.
  • Can I get same day delivery?
    We don’t currently offer same day delivery, but we will always try and go above and beyond if possible, so please call us on 01452 531923 if you have any special requests and we’ll see if we can accommodate. We can’t promise it will always be possible, but it’s always worth asking.
  • Can I come and collect products to save on delivery?
    Yes of course. You are welcome here. Our address is Unit C9 Innsworth Technology Park GL3 1DL.
  • What if I do not have a PayPal account?
    It’s not the only way you can pay for your order direct from us. You can also use any debit or credit card to place your orders online.
  • Can I get a refund?
    In the incredibly unlikely event that your order fails to arrive, or arrives damaged or incorrect, please call us and we will ensure your order is either replaced or refunded. You can also email us at admin@bensonsthejuicers.com if you prefer.
  • Can I pay cash on collection or via Bank Transfer?
    If you live local to the farm, you can always pop in and buy direct from us using cash on collection. We do not currently offer this as an option on the website, but you are welcome to call us on 01451 844134 to arrange your order direct.
  • What if I need to modify my order?
    We do our best to pick, pack and ship orders as quickly as possible and so often it will not be possible to amend an order that you have already placed, however we will do our best to help you if you contact us quickly. The best option is to call us at the farm on 01451 844134 and be sure to have your full order details to hand so we can help you.
  • Where do I send returns?
    We sincerely hope you never need to return goods to us but in the unlikely event that this is necessary, our return address is Unit C9 Innsworth Technology Park GL3 1DL.
  • Can I return the broken trigger heads?
    The triggers are recycled plastic and if dropped or misused then they do not last very long. If it is broken and you let us know on the day of delivery we will exchange them if not unfortunately we will not be able to
  • Can I come and refill my bottle?
    Yes we want to help the environment and encourage you to refill your recycled plastic bottles. If you come to us and bring your bottles at the address above we will refill them at a discounted rate.
